Oscar hangover

The Oscars are done and over, and it seems they spread the wealth out this year rather than one film running away with everything. The Brokeback fans are disappointed they didn't go home with the top prize. From what I have heard (the last movie I saw was Dukes of Hazzard-hated it) Crash was an even more compelling movie than Brokeback, so I was not surprised. Didn't John Stewart do a great job? Can't believe "It's Hard Out Here for a Pimp" got the song prize. There must have been a huge vote split between the other nominees.

So I have an Oscar hangover, not from alcohol, but just from staying up too late last night. It makes for a very grumpy boy. And everyone is seeming to question if I am doing my job today too. Could it possibly be because I am blogging? Grrrrr.
