Debit devils

Happy weekend! Lots of cleaning and organizing going on. I got a DVD recorder and have been tranferring my bulky VHS tapes to DVD. Some of them are 20 years old, so they're ready to fall apart. I'm glad I could save them at the state they are now. I have old episodes of Guiding Light from the 80s, as well as old Saturday Night Live skits, the PTL Club with Jim and Tammy Bakker. It's like a time machine. It's making me nauseous.

The Debit card horror continues. Looks like our friends at OfficeMax and Sam's Club/Wal-Mart may be the ones who let the PIN numbers get to the crooks. Be warned! If you shop there and used a debit card and PIN number to pay for the purchase, check your account!

Here's another link. The Office Max connection has been widely publicized. Were they the only ones? The largest ATM PIN theft ever. Their slogan - What's your thing? Apparently theirs is screwing their customers. Be warned!

Nothing happening this weekend really. Just continuing to get ready for the wedding...and for the NCAA tournament! I run the pool at work and it's all set up. Can't wait for the March Madness to begin!
